EXPECTANT MOMS
Discovering that you are pregnant can leave you with mixed emotions. The stress of planning for a baby, dealing with body changes and wondering what the future will hold can be overwhelming.
We want you to know that you are not alone.
Our groups are designed to provide emotional and spiritual support to encourage you in this new season of life. You will be in the company of other moms who are on the same journey as you. God has an amazing plan and purpose for your life and we look forward to joining you on the journey as you embrace your new mission: MOTHERHOOD.
TEEN MOMS
The HFH Teen Mom program a dedicated initiative designed to empower and uplift young mothers within our high school community. We understand the unique challenges that teenage mothers face and are here to provide unwavering support, encouragement, and resources to help you navigate this important phase of your life.

Personal accountability
The HFH Teen Program has a 100% high school graduation rate, with results of less than 3% repeat crisis pregnancies. If you are a teen mother and need assistance, we are here to help.
MENTORING
Our Mom Mentorship Program has two groups that assist moms who are interested in an additional level of support through community
The mentorship program meets weekly during the school year. Each mom is paired with a personal mentor who will help her set and achieve short-term and long-term goals.
BELIEVING MOMS
The Believing Mom is a mom who is parenting a newborn or toddler and is new to the HFH mentoring program. These moms meet every Monday night during the school year.
EMPOWERED MOMS
The Empowered Mom is a mom who may be parenting multiple children, she has been in the HFH mentoring program for 2 or more years. These moms display a different level of independence and are exceeding their goals. The Empowered Moms meet every Tuesday night during the school year.
