All teen and young adult mothers and their children have every opportunity to build a better future — for themselves, their community, and their world. That future starts when isolation ends and community begins.
Our story
A calling that became a movement.
Hope with YouMom was founded in 2010 by Aimee Neison, who saw a gap no one was filling — young mothers facing unplanned pregnancies, walking away with nowhere to turn and no one beside them.
Aimee believed community could change everything. That when a mom has real mentorship, practical support, and people walking with her — her entire trajectory shifts. And when she thrives, her child does too.
What started as one woman's conviction has grown into a movement of mentors, volunteers, and partners all committed to one thing: no mom walks alone.

2010 — Founded
The walk begins.
Aimee Neison launches Hope with YouMom in West Palm Beach with a clear conviction: no mom walks alone. The first mentors show up. The first families are changed.
2014 — Programs expand
Meeting moms where they are.
The High School Mom Program and Expecting Mom Support tracks launch — offering structured mentorship, parenting education, and material support for every stage.
2018 — 500 families served
A milestone. Not a finish line.
